I'm a 20 year old girl with big dreams, a hard working ethic & a passion for all things design. I like to think I am a open-minded, down-to-earth & determined girl who is hungry for success.

Growing up in a small country town, my parents were very laid-back when it came to my brother's and my career, so as a kid I was always chopping and changing sports & hobbies as I got bored of them. When I started getting older, I realised that I could never incorporate any of my mediocre talents from dancing, gymnastics, soccer, touch, swimming, athletics, acting and motorbike riding into a profession. One day it all just came together and made sense, my exciting career path to come was something that i've always loved and done naturally. I think my appreciation for interiors actually emerged from my childhood home, my parents were very care-free, thus the reason all the walls in the house are either orange, green, or purple matched with the most random range of furniture. So when I did see beautiful spaces, that's when my passion and admiration really grew.

I have been extremely lucky with job's for my age as they have all given me opportunities to do what I love and acquire as much experience and design knowledge as I can. I am currently working as a freelance Designer, whilst also working alongside the amazing Danielle Cattell from Design DC. I was so humbled to have been offered the job on the spot because of 'my good vibe', and it has been the perfect match for me whilst I have been juggling my many creative occupations.

Before Design DC, I worked for Ivy & Bleu Events with my talented cousin Mandi Turner. I was employed when I was in grade 11 and from then on I was setting up weddings & events in any of my spare time. Soon enough, after Mandi and I realised we are both very similar Virgo's, and well... both have organisational OCD, I started becoming more involved, learning the ins and outs and quickly becoming the second face of the business as the Junior Stylist. Working at Ivy & Bleu came with a lot of very exciting experiences and proud moments such as meeting inspiring industry professionals like Karen Tran, making the front cover of Wedding & Bride Magazine, and most recently getting a call from Modern Weddings (the epitome of wedding magazines) to be featured as one of the top 25 Stylists in Australia in their August 2016 edition!

Another passion of mine is baking and my family! So the perfect day off for me is spent in the Quattro Sorelle kitchen. Quattro Sorelle (Four Sisters in Italian) is a baking business made a couple of years ago by my two cousins & their two sister's in-laws. Not long after, they realised that the baking gene definitely ran in the family and welcomed me aboard. However we have kept the name because 'Four Sisters & a Cousin' in Italian would probably sound very ridicules.

Last but not least, I am currently living in Brisbane where I have a beautiful boyfriend named Rohan which I have been lucky enough to have had by my side since I was 15. He supports me, makes me laugh, and teaches me not to take everything so seriously in life.
